I saw on craiglist a toyota 2003 car that i would like to buy and only has 33,888

miles.? I send an email to the guy who live at another state but the problem is that he want me to pay throug propay which i never heard of it. the car looks great and the reason he is selling the car is because he is in the army and is leaving next month I'm a college student and I dont know what I have to do and what i need to know. He even send me the VIN #
 
scam dont do it.. if you cant see the car and check it out or drive it then its not real....
