I ride bicycle alot. How do i know if my hymen is broken?

***** I am NOT concerned about my hymen breaking as i dont believe it has anything to do with my virginity...if i never had sex, i am a virgin no matter what.... ******

SO my real question is, how do i know if i still have my hymen?...was it suppose to hurt if i broke it already?...i have never felt pain down there so should i assume that my hymen is still in place?...or is it not suppose to hurt if i broke my hymen while exercising or bike riding?

Anyway......You can take a mirror and light and check if it is in tact or not...there are diagrams/pics online to see what you're looking for..just because you ride a bike doesn't mean it's broken....it could be...but probably not. Unless you fall off or ride REALLY rough. haha The reason sex hurts most girls for the first time is they're not 100% comfortable. Some girls say it was fine...abnormal feeling..but no pain when they first have sex...other say it was awful that's because for one reason they were tense. So it is true you can break it without it hurting..that's how mine broke. Before I ever had sex I was riding my barrel horse and she bucked a little and I landed on the saddle really hard. I didn't know my hymen was broken untill I went inside an hour later and saw blood. I didn't feel it. However the first time I had sex AFTER my hymen was broken it hurt quite a bit but I just didnt bleed that's all.

This is totally possible. I broke mine before I had sex (gymnastics.) I found out because my gynecologist told me. If you really want to know, you could schedule a checkup and ask.

As far as what it means for sex, for me, it meant that there was not much bleeding, (very little) but it still hurt.

Don't stress about it, it means little, but if you really want/need to know, you can always go find out.
