another one. I duly accepted thi? I purchased a dvd from Morrisons three days ago attempted to watch it but alas it just jumped back to the beginning of the movie. I returned it to the store today and the girl on customer service said 'I can offer you another one'. I was not aware I could of had a refund under the Sale Of Goods Act so I duly accepted an exchange. I am loath to open this dvd just incase the same thing happens again. Can I take it this dvd (unopened and still shrink wrapped) back to the shop and get a refund? Or is it because I accepted another I will not be able to. Even though this dvd I now have was in replace of a faulty onei
Thanks in advance for your views.
What do u mean Cal
I will be down Morrisons for a moth.
Yes I still have the receipt as it was only exchanged today.they have wrote on the receipt ~ exchanged.
I was thinking that because I had accepted an exchange that they would not give me my money back.
I wish I had know about the sale of goods act yesterday and stood my ground for a refund.
The customer service assistant obviously didnt know the law on such issues.
