i repoed a car still registered to me, title sign but had it void and replaced

for tickets and late payments? i had make arrangements with my boss to sell a car to his girl. i was going on vaca so i said i would get my tags in a couple days. Since she has just given excuses why she cant give my tags back. It has been four months, hundreds in tickets, and late payments since then. I signed the back of title(not to her had signed when i was gonna sale the car to someone else but they never showed). Me, her and my boss agree on a deadline when everything would be taken of or the car would be repoed. She was a no show so and has not responded to me. So i went to Dmv and got a new title which i was told voided hers. I also called my tags in dead. After about 3 week I found the car in a garage by her job and had it towed to my house of course letting the police know first. She still has the old title and still owes me money on the car and tickets. My question is what could happen now. Can i get in trouble, can i resale the car, does she still have any right to the car. She still has keys can she come and take it from my drive way, should i still collect on the tickets, do i have to give her money back?
