...exact same concept. help.? 4 years ago I registered with the Writers Guild of America a highly detailed concept for a TV show. I tried to sell the concept but was unsuccessful. It now looks as if a staggeringly similar show has been put into production by a company I never dealt with. Do I have any rights to the intellectual property? I'd appreciate any help from actual lawyers as to whether I should pursue this legally.
