I recieved a deposition subpoena to appear?

At my job from over 2 years ago a lady fell in the lobby. It was tile floors but we had wet floor signs up, 4 to be exact. Anyways, She just brought up a lawsuit for it about 6 months ago and I was a witness for it (I was on the customer incident form). Anyways, The attorney for the plaintiff had a private investigator knocking on my door and calling me... then just last week I was served papers to be video taped as a witness. I guess I have to go... ok... but do I have to answer questions? Can I refuse to answer some? I do believe this plaintiff is out for money... she took a small fall and landed on her butt... no biggy then 2 years later she tries to sue! Anyways, I don't want to company to look bad... they did nothing wrong... but I would rather not be pushed around by this attorney or his sneaky P.I.
