i recently paid a £50 deposit to hire my local bowling club lounge. there
were no damages but their not paying they are telling me that the letter i got was worded wrong and its a £50 outright charge for the hire of the lounge. surely if i have adhered to the rules outlined in said letter i am entitled to have my deposit refunded who can help?!!!!
