i got the program to edit some pictures of my mother who died recently, most of these pictures where taken with a cellphone camera and they have a very pixelated sort of look to them is there any way i can get them to look more clear with photoshop 7? or do i need a different program and if so what program would be best? also some of the pictures are way too dark, i am having trouble with both issues. please please help me
