I recently got a samsung tocco lite and intsereted a memory card?

I when i try & send something through bluetooth to the phone it say's phone memory full! So i inserted a memory card but still when i try to send something it says phone memory full, i don't know how to firgure out how to change the seeting so that my music and imgaes save on the memory stick, i bought this phone of a freind so i dont have a user manual.. Could someone please tell me how to do it, i would very much appreciate it. Thanks
