...long run. Paying Cash or Insurance? I have the cash, and I have full coverage with a $500 deductible. The other car was parked and I know the guy so he's cooperating with me. It's only going to cost $1500 to fix. It's the back left door on a 2000 chrysler 300m. We filed an MP (Police) report stating no injuries he wasn't in the car all of that stuff. I just want to know if it's going to be cheaper just to pay him off all at once, or if it would be cheaper to let the insurance company deal with it. I have USAA with NO accident forgiveness.
