I really want to update my HTC Hero to Andriod 2.1 and Sense UI how do I do it?

I have the sprint version of the phone, and I really want to update my phones Firmware and HTC Sense

There no ROMs available for the CDMA Hero right now. There's supposed to be a 2.1 OTA update sometime soon, but it hasn't been announced yet.
