I really want to do sport but I am not sure what to do?

I am a 13 year old girl. Until recently I was very unfit and did not live a healthy life style. Now I maintain a healthy weight. But I really want to get active, I feel like the energy just needs to get out of me and I really want to go swimming running etc. But unfortunately my Mum and Dad are always at work and my Grandma has to look after me. My family will not let me go jogging by myself and I have no friends willing to go with me. I have a wii fit but i find that it really doesn't give me the same satisfaction as activity outside. I am unfortunately quite big built so i am not very good at gymnastics and things like that. I really need a good activity that I can do to keep fit and stay active that doesn't cost too much money.
I really want to take up tennis but because I am 13 i feel like if i joined there would be younger people who are allot better than me and im not sure if i would be very good at it although i do have a strong back hand. I can not do swimming either due to time of the month etc.

what about netball?
its good for big built people aswell, doesnt cost alot.. its active :)

ohh, and also, what about trampolining? thats really fun whilst keeping you fit :)

or you could even just go to the gym a few times a week.. go swimming whenever your not on your period..
or what about a girls football team, or a basketball team?
hockey.. ice skating.. go out on a daily cycle.. there are loads of things you could get involved in! or even dancing?
