I really want to change my lifestyle so i can be more christian any ideas am i wrong?

I talked to my husband lately about cutting our cable so our daughters could read and be less lazy He looked at me like i was crazy I wish i could change all the food in the fridge for heathier. These two changes i think are good because Jesus wouldn't have a tv i don't think anyways anymore ideas for me and am i wrong?

I don't know if this has so much to do with Jesus that your personal beliefs.
I dont' think Jesus cares about TV IF it's appropriate..no sexual stuff, cussing, drugs.
As to food, Jesus wants us to take care of our bodies because they are his temple.
Eating healthy and not excersizing is no different then eating junk and excersizing regularly.
So just make sure to be active with your kids.
