these are some illnesses i have shortened down
Acute sinusitis
Depression
Nearsightedness
Chronic sinusitis
pms

my symtoms
aches
pains
neckpains
headaches
migraine
heartburn
sadness
depression

if this helps:
there was this guy i went out with i intruduced him to my friend and a couple weeks later he said he loved her

uh well im a dude 15 and i get these symtoms (your symtoms u pointed out)
ONLY when im feeling guilty or went like my gf broke up wit me last month i felt all this. UH mayb ur jelouse im sure u can get tht way if i get it wit guilt, mayb if u wanna get him bak tlk to ur freind bout it or tlk to him, see if he stilll likes u or not, sometime tht happens, and us guys jst dont show it
thts all i can say, hope it kinda helps a lil
