i just got this phone last week its a alcatel one touch tribe and my friend ws messing around with it and we used up all of our tries to put in out PUK code and my sim card will not unlock i have no idea what to do i am panicking!!!!! please please help me im so mad and sad oh and the plan im on is cincinnati bell
