i don't know why since i love to read, but i guess the reason is i didn't really like the first book. i thought it was boring, not my cup of tea. but when i saw the movie, i thought it was awesome. but it still didn't convince me to read the books. and now when i saw the latest new moon trailer, i loved it and looking forward to seeing it.
