ok, thursday 11-11-10. I put a bid on a house. 
really happy but I am still really confused. House i bid on was 49 my realtor said do 45 and you will get it more than likely. Unless someone counter offers on the house. (note added im a cash offer). I will find out monday if i get it, but still im sooo crazy right now. As of yesterday there were no offers. Which was the day I put in for. There was an original person in contact and they backed. So im as far as i know the only bidder. The house is totally worth it. Its in a gated community, and built in 2006, its a forclosure so thats why its so cheep, and has only a hot water heater and central heat and air
the person befor me bidded 42 and they said 45. and they backed so the realtor said 45 for me because i told him i hav3 50 to work with
