i PULLED AN OBLIQUE MUSCLE yesterday and?

i cant do a sit up or twist to either side with out A GOOD DEAL OF PAIN. so basically i cant partake in jiu jitsu practice anymore because these are critical components to the ground game.what can i do to heal this fastest and i read that i will become more suseptable to reinjuring this now that i have pulled it . is this true and is there a way i can strengthen it in the or stretch it so it will be as striong as before and less likely to pull again. because twisting is a major part of the jiu jitsu defense(shrimping). thanx any answers are appreciated thanx. and for arguements sake well just assume it is definetly the oblique pull . thanks
