find an expert to discuss this? I don't care to tell anyone about this, I obtained this from practicing yoga, I has 'spiritual experiences' before but none like this, it was somethng undescribeable, but now i'm left with a little confusion as to who, if anyone can help guide me

Yes you must walk it alone...I am no expert but had the experience...just go with it...it will even out soon and leave you changed...
