i pooped really friken weird?

ok i just got done eating salad and i had to poop after words like every body does and something came out pretty weird, well when i got on the toilet and it felt like i went but when i looked there was no shit in there it was kinda green monster PLEASE HELP ME
 
lol well thats kinda nasty,but it was prolly just watery poop or something.
