I pod touch 2g...4.0 downgrade to 3.1.3...help

Is there any way I can downgrade may I touch from 4.0 to 3.1.3?..pls help

i cant pit my i touch ito DFU mode....

itry
holding home button ang sleep button for 10 sec....I try also 7 secs. but it is always at recovery mode
any tested tricks?
