You wanna know why because there's a ton of lazy welfare recipients that depend on me I just get so happy when I see my 90 bucks taken out a week to help you. It makes me feel so warm and happy and also I get the sudden urge to quit my job and do construction where I get paid under the table. Then I can collect welfare and mooch off of the government
