can i restore this model to 3.13 its SHSH saved in cydia for OS: 4.0 its current version is 3.12 & model id is MB715LL i want to restore & unlock it because i don't want to use black ra again & again when ever batterry low it stuck i tunes mode plz help
 
yes u can bro , try here : Unlock software, repair and flash tools, service manuals, unlock codes ..
