chalky and the paint rubbed off.? I painted a part on my bike and as soon as i painted it it was very dry and chalky and the paint rubbed off. I didn't primer it. i think that is why it did that but i just want to have a second opinion. I sanded it to the metal. It is completely raw. there is not rust or any loose paint on it. So i just want to know why it did that.
