i own a 2005 toyota corolla. i got an oil change about a week ago and my car

started acting up.? i'm not sure if it's my transmission, my throttle or whatever it is. my car is acting like a manual, even though its an automatic. i have about 76k miles on my car. my car would not accelarate (feels like it's pushing air) and feels like it's been on neutral even though it's on drive, before it changes gear and then take off (it takes off VERY slowly). once in a while, it'll stall and i won't be able to take off immediately.

what's wrong with my car?
 
it could be dirty oil with grit in it? did a machanic change it? get it looked at quick because if the oil is drity it could do damage.
