i own a 1999 honda accord?

my question/problem is my car will not start after sitting all day under the sun,and if i am lucky enough to get it to start in the morning when its cool out the car stalls out randomly after running for a while,i am hoping someone else has had this problem and can offer me some advice,the problem is i dont wanna have to pay to get it towed on top of paying for the repair,i would like to get it running long enough to get it to my mechanics shop,thank you
