What happened was I had 6 credits and due to dire situations I had to drop both classes. However, I already received the refund money and now I owe the 1900 on my bill. I want to be able to register for next semester or transfer schools. What can I do beyond pay out of pocket?
I owe one university, can I use the my financial aid to pay that somehow?
