...county will chapter 13 ba? If I file chapter 13 bankruptcy - Will that hold off the taking of my rental house? i want to pay but I don't have enough cash to redeem at this time. I need to hold off/delay for at least 1 year. Also I have large credit card debt/mortgage payments.
