i owe a bill with t-mobile?

I had a contract with tmobile but i could no longer afford the bill so my services was terminated early.... they have now overturned me to the collection agency which i know is bad for my credit...but in a few days i will have the money to pay off the debt and i was wondering once i pay off my debt can i get another contract with tmobile... i never been in this situation before therefore i dont know how this works. I dont want to get another contract yet.. but i would like to know if im able to get a contract with them again because once i get financially stabled i would like to get a contract with them... so can anyone tell me will t-mobile let me sign another 2 year agreement again once i pay off my debt i owe to them... and would i have to pay a huge down payment also? i didnt have to pay a down payment the first time and this is the only thing i have on my credit
