I over-exercised and my whole body is sore...help?):?

im not rlly fat, 100 pounds, 13 years old...but im 4'11 and even though i swim 2 hours a day, i still gain weight, and i tried eating less, but it dint work so i started over-exercising.

yesterday i ran 6 miles, did 200 push-ups, 300 curl-ups, then swam for 2 hours. my whole body is really sore, lik just standing up hurts and i can't run and touching any part of my leg is painful. kinda lik a REALLY bad cramp TT_TT

has anybody had that happen? haha if so how did it get better? thankss :]
