I ordered Naturewhite to bleach my teeth and it doesn't give me instructions?

All it says is to wear it for 1 hour and don't eat afterwards. And then put it in the refrigerator???

It doesn't tell me how many times a day to use it, how much to put in it or anything. And do I really put it in the fridge?

I tried googling it but I didn't get anything. Can anyone help me please?
