It might be because it is pre-ordered. You might want to send an E-Mail to customer support with the confirmation code/proof (I'm assuming theres a confirmation code in the confirmation email) and ask them about it.

Oh, also, it may take a little time to show up on your purchase history, so if you checked your purchase history right after you bought it, that may be the reason.
