I only eat 1 meal a day?

I only eat like one meal a day. I'll wake up and eat a breakfast or sometimes i skip breakfast because of my school then ill eat lunch. but after that i have no appetite and dont feel hungry at all. Should I just eat anyways?
 
well you should always eat something.... like have
BREAKFAST:
you could have a banana
you could have a bagel
you could have yogurt
LUNCH:
have a sandwich
or have some chips
DINNER:
have something small if your not hungry
have something big if you are
 
Yes. Try smaller meals throughout the day. If your only eating one meal per day your metabolism will slow down. Make sure you don't over eat though.
