Tried out gamefly (of course, I skipped right over the free trial , dumb me)

I've received 1 of my two games in 6 days. I sent back the one game 3 days ago and it still hasn't registered

Went to blockbuster this afternoon to see if they got any more games in and to my suprise they had almost every game..so I decided to try out the game pass.

The sign said $14.99 for the first month, so I went, checked out Madden and realized the total was $23.xx. The manager then acted like I was a little bitch for pointing out an $8+ mistake

So in conclusion. $31 later and I'm finally getting to pop in my second game
 
that kinda sucks you had to spend that much. played madden the other pretty fun game. i like it better on the wii than any system...and i personally don't kare too much about the graphics. so if you're the same you should probably like it too
 
Yeah took gamefly 5 days to get them to me. I cancelled with 2 days left in the trial, signed up for GamesNFlix, most of the games have a short wait, bought the 1 out game pass at blockbuster for $14.99 as well and already played COD3, and now I have TCSPA Just got my 1st GamesNFlix game after 3 days. I have like 10 more days until I cancel it. I'm going to see if I can get the games blockbuster doesn't have.
 
blockbuster is a huge piece of shit. i just ripped them off yesterday...rented a game...noticed the lady never opened the box to check if it was there...called them and said there was no game in there returned the empty box and got my money back


teach those faggots a lesson
 
So it's my fault that it will now be at least 9 days before I recieve my second game from a website? And it will be 6 days since I sent my last game in, still hasn't registered. That's my fault too right?
 
lol i kinda felt bad...cause when i called up to talk to the manager you could hear her ask the lady in the background ands ay "did you open the case to check" and then she said no

but now i have a free wii game
 
According to policy at least in our region we're not supposed to check the boxes when they leave. I always have and always will so that people don't get home without the movie or game they wanted, but as far as policy goes we're not supposed to for some gay reason like it slows down the checkout process or something gay, which it doesn't.
 
can't do anything like that. if you tell them you want a 2 out pass and after they scan the card argue and say you only want the 1 out it's a big hassel and a pain they might close the account but at our store I just tell them not to rent more than 1 game at a time (although they can actually use both passes 3 games)
 
Same here.

I got impatient waiting for Red Steel, so I rented it at blockbuster.

I didn't even get through the first mission

If the developers were dumb enough to set up the control scheme like that, I dont want to see the other brilliant ideas they came up with
