Has anyone else seen this?
Firstly it's awful, but not as awful as I thought it would be. Still that does not make it worth seeing.
Yes, it trades in stereotypes e.g. gay men like camping it up. Personally I suspect the majority do but not all gay men. Some like blokey things and are masculine but this was barely shown. Some good cameos from Steve Bushemi, Dan Ackroyd, Richard Chamberlain, Lance Bass from *NSync, and Ving Rames as a gay man struggling to come out can't save this film.
However on the plus side it was good to see Chuck (Adam Sandler) and Larry (That bloke in Hitch and King of Queens) fight homophobic prejudice despite being straight. However it was a bit racist.
