i now have skin coming out of my vagina after my bf broke the skin from having sex?

what is it? im scared....i'm pretty sure it's from the skin taht was inside of me but since he finally broke it shouldn't it be gone? why do i still have it? and why is it now just hanging out of me? am i the first to go through this or something?
