i no nobody deserves to die or anything but jade goody isnt the only one with cancer

out there anyone agree? just because she is slightly famous doesnt mean we should feel soooooo sorry for her when loads of people die of cancer every year. does anyone agree that we r giving her to much attention
 
On all sorts of levels what has happened with regard to the media coverage of her illness has been good for victims and possible victims of cancer.

Having said that, the pitiless gawping into her every last moment is not only intrusive but crass. The media wouldn't be wasting newsprint if it didn't make them money and it has happened at a time when people are subconsciously happy to have someone far worse off in every sense than they are.

And here I am answering your question, so I guess on some level at least I am buying in to all of it......
 
I agree with you but obviously, celebrities and media figures ALWAYS get too much attention with anything they go through.

There are a million girls like Britney who go through mental problems and worse, yet they never get noticed or heard from. Ever. They disappear.

same with all other issues. Celebrities are expected to be perfect forever, and the public has unrealistic expectations on them, and on humanity in general.
 
she isnt been given more attention because of who she is..its people trying to bring awareness to cervical cancer!!! The amount of shmear tests taken in the uk has increased by 60%. So what if she's gettin more attention..this attention is literally saving lives!!
 
there are many reasons why she has publishised her illness... firstly to raise money for her childrens education , secondly so others are aware that even at a young age like jades this happens, and could very well be a wake up call some of us need.. i agree no one wants to see a woman or anybodys progress leading up to their death, but there are gd reasons why she has done what she has.... and the only attention she is recieveing is the attention that people choose to give her... if no one wants to read about her then dont i say.. its quite simple.
 
I do think she is getting abit much attention, i doubt any of the allowences that have been made for Jack would have been made for normal people. My nana died of cancer a month and a half ago, and we only knew she had it for five days. The hospital said it was operable and they could cure her again (this was the third time) but the scan thing was booked up, even though she was urgently in need of the scan. She died the night before she was due to have it. It makes me so angry that nobody gave her any medical attention to try and cure the cancer all she had was steroids. i just feel it's abit unfair that some people get loads of attention when others get none :(

I also would like to write a whole articel about black and whites. But long story short
I think that black's get waaay too much attention now. Its not equal anymore. Its flipped around and we are the ones being put down.
We are never alowd to use "n!gger" or anything like that yet they say it in ALL there songs. There being racist to themselves. So they need to stop and so do we. But yer sorry
