I never received my free 1200 microsoft points for buying all of this years summer

arcade games? They said they would be shipped on oct 30th or around that time it is now the 5th of october. is there a number i can call specifically close for this type of problem. Im honestly very ticked off about this because i was really looking forward to getting free points. Somebody please help me!!
