Note: The company I work for only allows urine tests and would not give me the choice of a blood test. I already asked.
First thing's first: I'm clean and more than confident that my test will be clear.
I used to have a problem urinating in public bathrooms, such as at the mall, etc. Now I rarely have an issue there, but can't seem to bring myself to urinate for a drug test. I've visited the place twice and no luck both times. One of the times I really had to pee but couldn't, and went almost immediately after I left because I had to go so badly. This is very embarrassing; whenever I seek help from friends and family they laugh at me.
This is for a promotion, but if I can't do this then I may lose my current job and end up unemployed. What can I do to help overcome my shy bladder?
Keep in mind that I cannot bring anything into the bathroom with me.
We are also not allowed to run water or flush while in the bathroom.
