i Need to see the deleted history off my computer from 2 days ago.?

I suspect that someone was looking at porn on my computer and they erased the history/cookies/temp int files and all that So there was no history the next day when I got up. I have been told I can find out what they were looking at anyways. Someone tell me how. I am using windows vista.
