I need to replace my Verizon V265

So, my 2 year contract with VZW is winding up real soon, and I'd like to replace this piece of trash V265.

I need a phone that has (in this order)

1. Reception
2. Call Quality
3. Better than a 1MP camera
4. Durability
5. Affordability

What would be the best choice for a phone with all this criteria in mind?
