I need to remove stains from the edges of my outdoor tiles?

I have 16 inch tiles on my outside porch around the pool. They are brand new and are staining only around the edges. it almost is creating a picture frame effect around each tile. i wouldn't call them stains it looks more to be moisture in the tile making it darker. the thing is it ALWAYS looks like this. no matter how much drying in the sun. i just tried muriatic acid to no avail. does anyone know what's going on out there?

it's a natural white stone tile. it's porous.
 
dilute some bleach with water in a spray bottle.
im old fashioned, but it usually works.lol
