I need to lose weight in order to play sports?

Im a sprinter in track, one of the best players on my softball team, and on the A team in volleyball but I dont have muscle. I have an inch of fat every where. Athletes have abs and muscley legs and arms. How do I get more muscle so I can be even better?
 
One way is by regular swimming for stamina and muscle building on arms & legs. Next is cycling and push-up also develop on your needs. Remember to take in the right food & multi- vitamins & minerals.
