I need to loose weight by august when band camp start?

i am 17 years old i weight about 210 pounds and im 5 foot 2 and im tired of being fat ive been fat since 5th grade and i realy wanna make a big change. ima staring running a mile in da morning and a mile at night. i also need some mucsle lol in my arms. but i just dont know what to eat im use to eating fast foods every day and resturants cause theirs no food at home and im startn this today but i had plann to go to ihop with friends so idk what to eat their. but i really wanna loose weight and i was wondering wuz my runnig morning and nite help me out or do i hav to stop eatn to please help or u can give me another way to do it
 
okay this can be broken down to mathmatics... 1 lb of fat equals 3500 cals so if you cut out 500 cals each day in one week you should lose 1 lb. what i would do is find out how many lbs of body fat you want to lose multiply by 3500 thats how many cals you need to work off all together yes overwhelming amount i know but i dropped 60 lbs in like 3 months doing this and it really helped me to see it broken down. you need to up your excersize and down your cal intake. You also have "free" foods you can eat. look up a list of negative cal foods eat those when you are hungry. also since you eat alot of fast food i would say start out your new meal plan with a cleanse so you can get rid of your toxins that will cause you to not be able to lose weight as fast. also drink water it will make you lose 10% more weight than drinking diet sodas... if you must drinka soda drink diet alot of cals come from refreshments. also condiments have alot of cals that people dont think of... but mustard has zero! swap mayo for mustard. also when i first started working out my legs would cramp up to where i could hardley walk i didint know this meant i wasnt getting enough water so make sure you are always very hydrated.. you can do it! good luck!
