You should learn html / css first, php / sql, and then javascript in my opinion.
SQL is really really easy to pick up on. PHP is associated with SQL. You really can't apply PHP without HTML and you can't make HTML look good without CSS. Javascript is just well, not entirely needed for most things.
As far as websites there are TONS, but coding has so many options you can't just specify an all in one. There are tons of resources you will learn the most by looking up specific questions or techniques. You are driving a tough path if you are new to this all, wish you luck.
