I've just read bodybuilding.com, and I realized I don't know much about fitness training at all. I knew about resting between workouts, what to eat in your diet, to cool-down and warm-up. Then I found out about sets, reps, HIIT, lactic acid, overtraining, periodization... it was all foreign to me, and it worried me, because I should know these things, being someone who goes to the gym frequently. Does anyone know about any resources to better my understanding about fitness and the body? One must be smart about their health in order to improve it.
