I need to know which certifications i'll need in order to work on government

owned vehicles. i am a mechanic? i need to get certified to work on vehicles that belong to the government, ideally postal trucks. i am fully certified by the ASE already, but i'm supposed to have 2 more certifications- maybe permits. i'm not sure. has anyone done this already?
