i found this bike on Craig's list and it looked pretty cool so i just wanted to know what they are, who makes them, and where to get one or search. thanks

That is a Tank Vision minicustom 50 custom -- http://www.tank-sports.com/products/vision/minicustom50ver2.html -- with a 2 bhp motor it would be lucky to hit 30 mph.

It is who made them, past tense. Tank went bankrupt.
