I think it cam out around 2005.. its about two young sisters and there father has them stay with a lady and her children. the father pays the lady monthly for taking care of his girls. Throught out the movie she abuses them and the older sister gets abused and attacked. She has her children and other neighborhood kids burn the older sister with cigaretts. She locks her in the basement till she ends up dying. The lady goes to jail.
