i just got a new phone on the Verizon network, i have a phone already activated with them and need to swap them up without buying a new package and everything but i cannot find the button were to go do that any help.
Log into My Verizon. There is a section on the right hand side titled "Account Options". In that section, click on Activate Phone and follow ALL instructions. You will need both the old and new phones when doing this.
